The Company

JSS’s activity involves the acquisition and management of urban real estate for leasing.

JSS aims to invest and manage commercial real estate assets in major cities. The strategy involves acquiring sustainable income-producing assets, adding value to the properties through active asset management and selling with capital appreciation potential over the cycle.

The principal focus of the company will be office, and possibly hotel properties.

Shareholders and Investors

JSS will observe the following key drivers when assembling and managing the real estate portfolio:

• The location and the quality of the building;

• The tenant profile and rental yield.

• The ability to unlock value through active asset management

JSS does not aim to invest in development opportunities although it may consider properties that offer active management through tenant negotiation, refurbishment and repositioning.

Las Tablas

Located in Las Tablas, just a few minutes away from the financial district of Cuatro Torres and Paseo de la Castellana, in one of the most consolidated office areas of Madrid, with excellent communications and public transport links.
